Christopher McCandless could identify the differences between potato root and sweet potato root, which is poison. But he never thought that the moss on the potato root is much more poisonous than the sweet potato root.
Hi my name is Christopher McCandles. I've traveled to many places through my journey. Although, the ending of my journey was quite tragic. There are many theories on how died. Some say I died through starvation because I haven't ate for four months. Others say I got confused with two type of berries. One is poisonous and one isn't. But, the true cause of my death was when i ate a sweet potato root that contained moss.
